Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from the time you order. That breaks down as 1–3 business days to process your order, plus 5–8 business days in transit. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating after it's issued — this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us at support@reliviostore.org with your order number and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll do what we can to help.
